    List of Ingredients





    32 oz. diced tomatoes
    9 oz. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    pinch soda
    2 cups of cream, I use half and half



    Recipe



    Mix tomatoes, broth, margarine, sugar, onion and soda. Simmer one hour. Pour hot mixture slowly into cream and slowly add back into kettle. Do not boil. I also add a few diced tomatoes to each soup bowl before serving, for chunkiness
