    FRENCH ONION SOUP

    List of Ingredients





    1 ½ pounds onions, sliced thin (6 cups)
    1 stick REAL butter
    3-10oz cans of beef broth
    2-2 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
    1/8 tsp. Curry powder
    1/16 tsp. Garlic powder
    Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    French bread toasted w/garlic butter (optional)

    Recipe



    Saute onions in butter until tender about 20 minutes. Add beef broth and remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook over low heat for at least 10 minutes. Place mozzarella cheese in bottom of soup bowls pour hot soup over cheese and top with Parmesan cheese. Add toasted french bread
