    HAMBURGER SOUP

    List of Ingredients






    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) ready-to-use beef broth
    1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
    1 package (16 ounces) frozen peas and carrots
    1 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    In a soup pot, brown the ground beef and onion over
    medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, drain. Add remaining
    ingredients, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 15
    minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

    Note: To be truly burger-authentic, serve each bowl of soup
    with a dollop each of ketchup and mustard, and a toasted
    sesame seed bun on the side. And for cheeseburger soup, add
    a sprinkle of your favorite shredded cheeses like Cheddar,
    Monterey Jack, or Swiss. Serves 6
