Main-Dish Chowder

List of Ingredients
Top with crushed crackers and parsley
5 cups 1% lowfat milk
One 10-oz box frozen mixed vegetables
3 medium red-skinned potatoes, cut in chunks
1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
1 lb sweet Italian turkey sausage (4 g fat per link)
Recipe
1. Bring milk just to a simmer in a saucepot. Add frozen vegetables, potatoes and onion. Return to a simmer, cover and cook 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, remove sausage from casing and tear off in 3/4-in. balls. Stir into pot. Simmer 3 minutes or until sausage and potatoes are cooked through.
