    List of Ingredients






    2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Mexican tomatoes
    2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes (tomatoes w/
    green chilies)
    1 can hominy (like "big" corn)
    1 can corn
    1 can Ranch Style Beans
    1 can Ranch Style Beans w/ jalapenos
    1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
    1 or more cans water

    Recipe



    Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off all
    fat. Dump the remaining ingredients in,
    (including all the liquids), bring to a boil,
    and reduce to simmer about 1 hour. Serve
    with tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour
    cream, or whatever else you like.

    This recipe freezes extremely well and is
    usually better after a day or two of letting
    the flavors marry in the refrigerator. Upon
    sitting in the fridge, it really thickens up,
    so be sure to add a couple of cans of water
    if you won't be eating it all right away.
