* 16 oz. Sour cream
* 1/4 Cup lemon juice
* 4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 Cloves garlic, minced
* 2 Teaspoons paprika
* 4 Scant teaspoons salt
* 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
* 8 Chicken breast fillets
* 1 3/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
* 1 Cup melted margarine
* 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Recipe
1. Combine sour cream and next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat well, Chill, covered, overnight.
2. Roll chicken in bread crumbs, coating well. Arrange in a 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Drizzle half the margarine over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drizzle with remaining margarine. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 8 servings.
