* 2 strips bacon
* 2 T. minced onions
* 1 can green beans (2 cups)
* 1 T. sugar
* 2 T. vinegar
Recipe
Fry bacon. Set aside. Saute' onions in bacon drippings until soft. Add liquid from the canned beans. Simmer until liquid reduces down to half. Add sugar, vinegar, crumbled bacon and beans. Heat thoroughly and serve. Serves 4.
