- 5 lb. yellow onion
- 1 tbl. garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- .75 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbl. brown sugar
- 1 tbl. parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Julienne onion and saute on medium heat in olive oil until clear.
- Add garlic and saute until carmalized, add Balsamic and sugar and mix well, reduce until evaporated.
- Season to taste.
