    Sweet Onion Flat Bread using the Confit


    List of Ingredients


    • Sweet Onion Confit
    • 4 slices panchetta, crumbled
    • Crumbled gorgonzola
    • Handful toasted walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Put confit ontop of pre cooked flat bread.
    2. Top with panchetta, toasted walnuts and gorgonzola cheese.
    3. Bake to finish for 2-3 minutes.
