    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. flour
    • 1 c. ground pecans
    • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
    • 1 T. paprika
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 c. buttermilk
    • 8 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
    • 1/3 c. butter
    • 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, pecans, sesame seeds, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together egg and buttermilk. Dip breasts in egg mixture and then coat well in flour mixture. Melt butter in baking dish. Place breasts in dish, turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve with cream sauce, if desired. Serves 8
