Cream Sauce for Pecan Chicken
List of Ingredients
- small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pt. sour cream
Instructions
- Saute onion and fresh mushrooms in oleo. Add flour, then add water and bouillon. Cook until thick, then add sour cream. Serve over noodles.
