    Equip: Four 6oz glass or other ovenproof dishes

    Serves: 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/1 c fresh or frozen blueberries or other fruit
    • 1 TBL sugar
    • 1 TBL All purpose or whole-wheat flour
    • 1 TBL Orange Juice
    • 1 c Crumble Topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Toss berries (or other fruit) with sugar, flour, and juice. Divide the mixture amounf four 6oz dishes. Top each with Crumble Topping. place dishes on baking sheet.
    3. Bake the crumbles until the tops are browned and the filling is bubbling, 20 - 25 min.
    4. Let stand for at least 10 min. before serving.
