    make ahead: Cover and fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month
    Makes 3 cups


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 3/4 c pecans or almonds (chopped)
    • 1/2 c brown sugar
    • 1/3 c all purpose or whole wheat flour
    • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 5 TBL canola oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine oats, nuts, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a mdium bowl and stir until well blended.
    2. Drizzle oil over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly moistened.
