Lemon Bundt Cake

- 3 lemons
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
- Grease & flour bundt pan
- For cake, grate 2 lemons, peel & squeeze 3 tablespoons juice.
- Mix flour, salt, & baking soda in large bowl
- Add sugar & butter
- Beat with mixer for 3 minutes
- Add eggs and vanilla and buttermilk
- Add lemon peel and juice
- Pour into pan
- Bake 60-70 minutes.
- Invert onto rack after cooled.
- Add frosting (drizzle over cake)
