FROSTING FOR LEMON BUNDT CAKE
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Blend sugar, butter, & cream cheese
- Beat in juice & vanilla
- Beat on high until fluffy
- Spread over cake
