    Browned Butter Frosting


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 Tbsp butter
    • 1-1/2 c powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3 Tbsp hot pineapple juice


    Instructions


    1. Brown butter until golden brown color.
    2. Combine all ingredients
    3. Frost cookies with this before they are completely cool.


    Final Comments


    Pineapple was an exotic fruit for us - even though we rarely had anything other than canned pineapple.
