Browned Butter Frosting
List of Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1-1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp hot pineapple juice
Instructions
- Brown butter until golden brown color.
- Combine all ingredients
- Frost cookies with this before they are completely cool.
Final Comments
Pineapple was an exotic fruit for us - even though we rarely had anything other than canned pineapple.
