- 1 CUP BUTTER
- 4 CUPS FLOUR
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
- 6 EGGS
- 1 1/2 TSP. VANILLA
Instructions
- CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER.
- ADD EGG YOLKS AND BEAT.
- MIX BAKING POWDER WITH FLOUR AND SIFT.
- ADD ALTERNATELY MILK AND FLOUR. ADD VANILLA AND FOLD IN STIFFLY-BEATEN EGG WHITES.
- BAKE IN 3 8 INCH LAYER PANS AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25-35 MINUTES
- ICE WITH CARAMEL ICING
