Mix butter, flour and nuts together will and pat into a 9"x13" glass dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until light brown. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and put on top of the first layer/mixture.
Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and milk and put on top of the second layer/mixture.
Top wil more Cool Whip, shaved chocolate curls and nuts or any decorating candy toppings.
Refrigerate before serving (about 1 hour).
