This is the frosting for the Lemon Sheet Cake.
Lemon Butter Frosting





List of Ingredients



• 1/3 cup butter
  
• 3 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  






Instructions



1. Cream butter til light and fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar and lemon juice until frosting is of desired consistency. Blend in grated lemon rind and spread over cake.
